Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 working days 

We post all orders with Royal Mail  second class so deliveries wont arrive on Sundays or bank holidays . If we are experiencing a high volume of orders and struggling to despatch or predict any delays we will communicate these changes to you.

Shipment method - Royal Mail Second Class

Estimated delivery time - 3-5 business days

Shipment cost - Free

*please allow more days over busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays.  We only post within the United Kingdom. We only post second class. If you have a special request for faster delivery please email us on Robinsonandhyde@gmail.com

Shipment confirmation and order tracking 

You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and despatched.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Robinson and Hyde is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Robinson and Hyde is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

At the moment we only ship domestically within the United Kingdom.  (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland , Channel Islands. We don’t ship internationally.)

Returns Policy

We offer returns within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase. If you wish to return please send your items to

We do not pay for the cost of shipping for returns. Postage for a  return is the customers responsibility and the customer must cover the cost.  We will process the return within 5 working days of receiving it. Please Allow up to 5 working days for the bank to issue the refund. So in total the returns process can take up to 10 days.
